Architecture isn't static, and neither is your home. Join Veleza Seasons Lab, our seasonal subscription designed to evolve with the world outside your window. For just €5 a month, we curate and craft a limited-edition set of Veleza rings delivered to your door at the dawn of every season.

How it works:

  • Subscribe: €5/month (less than a cup of coffee).
  • Accumulate: Every 3 months, your "light fund" reaches €15.
  • Receive: A curated, seasonal ring set is shipped automatically in March, June, September, and December.
  • Build: Over a year, you’ll have a complete architectural palette of 4 unique seasonal stories.

 


 Veleza Lab: The Four Streams Subscription Policy

Welcome to The Four Streams. By joining our seasonal journey, you agree to the following terms designed to keep your home glowing all year round.

1. How it Works (Payment & Delivery)

  • Monthly Contribution: You will be charged €5,00 per month.
  • Seasonal Accumulation: Your monthly payments accumulate over a 3-month period (totaling €15,00) to fund your next seasonal ring set.
  • Shipping Schedule: Seasonal sets are shipped 4 times a year in March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Autumn), and December (Winter).
  • Billing Date: Your first payment occurs on the day you sign up. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day each month via your chosen payment method.

2. No-Lock-In Flexibility (Cancellation)

We believe light should be a joy, not a burden.

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard or by emailing us at [Your Email].
  • Notice Period: In accordance with Dutch law, we require a maximum of 1 month’s notice.
  • Remaining Balance: If you cancel before a seasonal set is shipped, any "accumulated" funds from that 3-month cycle will be converted into a Veleza Lab Store Credit for you to use whenever you like. We do not provide cash refunds for partial seasonal cycles.

3. The "Cooling-Off" Period

14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Since this is an online contract, you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of your initial sign-up. If you haven't received a product yet, we will refund your first €5,00 in full.

4. Shipping & Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is up to date in your profile at least 7 days before the shipping month (e.g., by February 21st for the March box). We are not responsible for sets sent to an old address if not updated in time.

5. Price Transparency

We promise to never change your subscription price without giving you at least 2 months' notice via email. If we change the price, you always have the right to cancel immediately.
